Sintra is a very busy village and in the conference days it will be even more, so make sure you´re parking your car in one of the few, car parks spread in the very entrance of Sintra. For those using the Train Services, list for car parks nearby each train station from the Sintra Line Trains. Meals
If you plan to do your meals on the event grounds , the Almáa Hostel has a catering service, with the following conditions:
Catering Almáa
In the act of prior registration, the day (s) of the meals must be indicated, as well as if it is lunch and / or dinner, indicate clearly the same. Also indicate the number of meals, if one participant is to make the reservation for a group.
For example:
a) 9 meals from lunch to day 17
b) 9 dinner meals; day 17 (3 meals) + day 19 (6 meals)
For those who make the reservation in advance until May 12, it will be:
- Menu of the day that includes: Soup + Meal of the day + tea = € 8 // per person // per meal
For those who buy on the same day // without prior registration and limited to existing stock - the value will be € 12 per person // per meal
There will be other choices available on the same day and varying day by day as the Catering team suggest, among which; fruit pieces, desserts, salads, cakes, natural juices, baguettes / sandwiches / pancake/ Toasts
To ensure your access to your meal, you will collect the paper purchased in THE LOCATION INDICATED IN THE EVENT.
To pick up your meal, you will give the kitchen team the corresponding paper.
